Wearable robotics to monitor and understand our emotions

Our emotional states can be read by looking at some alterations of our body, such as the heartbeat, and our behavior, for example where we direct our gaze. The shift from quantitative information, such as an electrocardiogram, to qualitative information, such as the overall state of a person, actually requires very complicated steps, and a non-invasive, wearable technology that allows people to be monitored under normal conditions … a shirt, or glasses.

The purpose? Prevent the onset of particular diseases related to our psychophysical universe, such as depressive states or bipolarity, but also be able to understand the emotional state of other animals.
