Underwater Robotics: explore and work within the sea

September 30th, 2018

9.30 – 12.45

Darsena dei Navicelli

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the free shuttle service won’t be available

A meeting open to all people, including young students and teen-agers, to get a grip on what underwater robots do and how they do it. International researchers in the field will guide the attenders over a series of live demos, wet and dry, including hands-on possibilities, and then will show videos of their latest open sea experiments

Participants will have access to a free shuttle service from Pisa to Darsena dei Navicelli and back.

The meeting is organized by the Centre “Enrico Piaggio” of the University of Pisa, which is one of the nodes of the Italian Interuniversity Res. Ctr. On Integrated Systems for the Marine Environment (ISME)
