OZOBOT BIT: Creating educative robotics with OZOBOT BIT

OZOBOT BIT is a robot able to move and react on digital and physical surfaces, following coloured paths.

WORKSHOP – Paid admission, reservation needed (book here)

The bot is only 2.5 cm big and can recognize more than 1000 instructions. The list of commands can be downloaded from the official website. It can be recharged via USB and ensures up to 40 minutes of continuous lesson. It’s programmed by OzoBlockly, an environment suitable for block programming – with increasing difficulty levels – very similar to Scratch.

The aim of this tiny educational robot is to merge technology and imagination, technical precision and creativity. A clever “toy” to develop a rich and analytical way of thinking, a tool to transform primary school students into active producers of technology, innovation, and knowledge; to transform them from passive technology users into inventors.
